This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and restrictions for using TNZ Productions LLC products and services, including Kova POS, KovaPay, and KovaMail. By using any TNZ service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
TNZ Productions provides software tools for legitimate businesses and individuals. Our platform is built on trust — trust between TNZ and our users, between merchants and their customers, and between all parties in the financial system. This AUP exists to protect that trust and ensure our services remain available, safe, and compliant with applicable law.
This policy applies to all users of TNZ products, including business owners, employees, end customers, and any third parties accessing our services on behalf of an account holder.
The following activities are strictly prohibited across all TNZ products and services:
- Violating any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
- Engaging in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation of any kind.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or third-party systems.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any TNZ software or systems.
- Introducing malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code into our systems.
- Using our services to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or organization.
- Impersonating TNZ Productions, our employees, or any other person or entity.
- Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection from our platforms without written permission.
- Reselling or sublicensing access to TNZ services without written authorization.
KovaPay may only be used for lawful commercial transactions. The following are prohibited on the KovaPay platform:
- Processing payments for illegal goods or services of any kind.
- Processing payments for adult content, gambling, or controlled substances without appropriate licensing.
- Structuring transactions to avoid reporting requirements (structuring).
- Processing payments on behalf of undisclosed third parties (factoring).
- Submitting false or misleading transaction information.
- Intentionally triggering chargebacks or disputes as a means of obtaining refunds.
- Using KovaPay for person-to-person transactions that facilitate illegal activity.
Suspicious payment activity will be reported to appropriate financial authorities including FinCEN. We are required by law to maintain anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.
KovaMail is provided for legitimate business email communications. The following are prohibited:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) of any kind.
- Sending email that violates the CAN-SPAM Act or any other applicable email law.
- Using KovaMail to send phishing, spoofing, or other deceptive communications.
- Sending email that contains malware, viruses, or malicious attachments.
- Harvesting email addresses from any source for use with KovaMail.
- Impersonating another person, business, or domain you do not own.
- Using KovaMail to facilitate harassment campaigns of any kind.
- Exceeding reasonable sending volumes without prior written approval from TNZ.
All KovaMail users must verify domain ownership before sending. Sending from unverified domains is not permitted.
Kova POS may only be used by legitimate registered businesses. The following are prohibited:
- Using Kova POS to process transactions for businesses not disclosed during account setup.
- Using Kova POS at unlicensed cannabis dispensaries or in jurisdictions where cannabis retail is illegal.
- Manipulating transaction records, receipts, or reports for tax evasion purposes.
- Sharing merchant access credentials with unauthorized individuals.
- Using Kova POS for any purpose other than legitimate retail point-of-sale operations.
Any content submitted to or transmitted through TNZ services must not:
- Violate any intellectual property rights including copyright, trademark, or trade secret.
- Contain child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.
- Promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
- Contain defamatory, libelous, or slanderous statements about any person or organization.
- Violate any individual's right to privacy or constitute unauthorized surveillance.
All users of TNZ services are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and must:
- Use strong, unique passwords and enable any available multi-factor authentication.
- Promptly report any suspected security breach or unauthorized account access to TNZ.
- Not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of TNZ systems without written authorization.
- Ensure that any devices used to access TNZ services are adequately secured.
- Not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures implemented by TNZ.
TNZ Productions reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Upon discovering a violation, we may take any of the following actions at our sole discretion:
- Issue a warning and require corrective action.
- Temporarily suspend access to some or all TNZ services.
- Permanently terminate the account without refund.
- Remove or disable access to violating content.
- Report the violation to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Pursue legal action to recover damages caused by the violation.
We take violations involving financial fraud, child safety, and illegal activity extremely seriously and will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP by another user or third party, please report it to us immediately. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action. You can report violations by emailing support@tnzproductions.com with the subject line "AUP Violation Report."
